Problem with eTickets (not received)

Hello,

I bought 2 E-Tickets this week (monday) on the Disneyland website but not received them by mail.
I had a mail with the confirmation of purchase and number of order, my credit card was charged... but no etickets in my mailbox !
I sent a email to guest services to know what happened but no answer yet...

Is this already happened to someone here ?? a bug from Disneyland website ??

Unless you specifically requested it go through the regular mail (which I'm not sure about), etickets are something you print up immediately on your computer. You should have been able to print them right when you bought them.

Edited to add: check your email, including spam folders!
 
Actually, i should have received two mails, one with my confirmation of purchase (i had it) and one with the printable etickets...

No mail in my spam folders ! :confused3
 
Check that first e-mail. I had a similar situation and they attached to that first e-mail.
 

Thanks but no attached file in the mail and : "Please look for your order in a separate email that should arrive within minutes"...
 
When we did the eTicket option last June, we received the following two e-mails. The second e-mail was delivered two minutes after the first e-mail. The eTickets were attached to the second e-mail as a “PDF” file.

Here’s the first e-mail:

7. Each Disney's eTicket printed confirmation allows one entry at a Disneyland® theme park turnstile. Upon entry, the Guest will be provided with a standard theme park ticket for use for the applicable purchased days. Have you tried calling? Not sure what number you would call but maybe you can find something on the website. We've ordered e-tickets a couple of times and haven't had any problems but I've noticed that the DLR website does tend to be a bit buggy sometimes. Good luck and hopefully you can get this resolved easily.
 
This happened to us once, just print the confirmation email and take it to guest services with your id, they will issue new tickets.

I will do that if they can't help me on the phone. it's a little longer than going in front of turnstiles and exchange etickets but if it's the only way...
Can you tell me where are guest services exactly ?? (first time in DLR !)

That's it right there. The attachment. You have to open and print the PDF. They provided a link to Adobe's PDF reader if you don't already have it installed.

That email posted was from S.S. Columbia, not the OP. I don't think OP received an email like that at all.
