Problem with DVC Member Web Site

Just tried logging in to the members web site to check on points total (I am registered ^& have done this several times in the past) and it is asking me to re-register with the info from the original registration time. It asks for a number and pin previously sent (which I have long since lost/forgot). Anybody else having this problem???

I just log in with my original info. No problem.

This happened to me earlier also. I have my member name and password stored into the computer so I don't have to remember it. I signed in using this way and got the registry screen. So, I went back and typed in my user name and password and it worked fine.


I don't know if this helps or not, but it worked for me!

Yeah, this is happening to me, too. Just got my PIN in the mail today
So I registered everything, and it won't let me log in with what I just registered, always boots me to the register page.

My DH registered his, and he can get in just fine. It'll do for now, but I wanted my own

I had the same problem...I dumped my cookies and temporary files and it worked just fine after that.

If you have changed any of your security settings, make sure go.com is listed as an allowed site for cookies and a "trusted site" for your firewalls.

I have no problem's logging on.

Cleared cache and rebooted. Worked after that. Strange.
