Problem with cashing out at Milesource

I have been trying to cash out at milesource for a $25 supercertificate for 3 days now.
When I click on the award it just brings me back to the same screen. Is anybody else
having this problem? I e-mailed milesource but have not heard anything.

i cashed out last night for a $50 gc and didnt have any problems.
