Problem with Bike Barn Number? UPDATE - Got through

For several days, I have been calling the Bike Barn to reserve a golf cart for one day in December. [407-824-2742] I get the initial recording about Ft. Wilderness and it says, paraphrasing: "If you would like to rent an electric car during the normal business hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., please press zero." I do this and then the phone just rings and rings and rings and rings [okay, I'll stop] and I am within the supposed normal business hours. It doesn't appear that anyone else is having this issue on the boards.

Any ideas? Thanks so much.

Update: 08/18 Finally able to get through this morning. Booked a golf cart to see all the cool Christmas decorations.

When I called that number Sunday to book our cart I think the prompt was 5 to speak to person. They then answered the phone golf cart reservations.

I did that Sunday eventually and still no-one answered. I attributed it to the fact it was already 4:45 p.m. EST and they cut out early. I guess I will try again tomorrow . . . so much for customer service.
