Actually I realized I indicated I was getting the error of booking too far in advance but the error I've been getting when trying Nov 30 thru Dec 3rd has been "
the start date cannot be in the past". And now for the first time I just tried the availability tool for Nov 9-14th, 2014 and I'm getting the same message.
It is still Oct 2014 on the west coast (at least I thought it was!) and only Nov 1st on the east coast, isn't it?!?!?!

As I mentioned though, at times, it was ok with the Nov 30 date.

I hadn't sent a note to IT although it had crossed my mind but the booking tool itself always worked for checking.
