My husband & I are planning a 7 day trip in April, stating at SSR and I'm trying to make park reservations but am running into a problem our APs. We used them them beginning on 10/31/2021 & I had no problem making park reservations. Now when I go onto MDE app I see that I have an AP but when I try to make try to link the AP I get a message that the pass is assigned to someone else and I need to call to have this fixed.
When I try to make a res using Genie I get a notice that I'm an AP holder & am limited to 5 days! This didn't happen during out October trip. I'm really frustrated & am dreading having to call & end up on hold for hours. Does anyone have any advice or do I just have to bite the bullet and call to try to get this fixed. I hope this makes sense. Sorry to be so long winded.
