Problem with AP not showing on MDE

My husband & I are planning a 7 day trip in April, stating at SSR and I'm trying to make park reservations but am running into a problem our APs. We used them them beginning on 10/31/2021 & I had no problem making park reservations. Now when I go onto MDE app I see that I have an AP but when I try to make try to link the AP I get a message that the pass is assigned to someone else and I need to call to have this fixed.

When I try to make a res using Genie I get a notice that I'm an AP holder & am limited to 5 days! This didn't happen during out October trip. I'm really frustrated & am dreading having to call & end up on hold for hours. Does anyone have any advice or do I just have to bite the bullet and call to try to get this fixed. I hope this makes sense. Sorry to be so long winded.
 
I can’t help about ticket assignment. But for reservations, you click annual passholder. Then it takes you to the website. There are 2 different AP reservations choices. The first is for AP and limits you to 5 or 4 depending on your AP. The 2nd choice, is for AP resort guests. That one will give you the option of choosing reservations for your length of stay.

Yeah I had to do that with my DD who is the only guest with an AP....book her park reservation separately under the other link. A little confusing at first. They also show up separately in MDE plans.

Yes, that’s happened to us bringing day guests and had to be made separately and showed up separately.
 

Try using the website instead of the app for the problem about not assigned to you. Maybe something wonky with the app. Otherwise, it might require a call to IT.
