Problem making ADRs online this morning...

:mad:Is anybody else having problems this morning making ADRs online. I sign in, confirm my resort reservation, go to the dining page, type in what I want and the dates, and I get that yellow box below the dates that says you requested a day more than 180 days out, which it is not. It asks me to confirm my resort reservation again, so I do and when I type in my info on that screen, it says my resort reservation has already been confirmed, return to the dining page and make reservations. So, I do it all again and get the same thing again and again and again and again! I am getting so made and frustrated at this system. At one point, it let me in, let me put in my CC info to guarantee the reservation and when I hit confirm, I got a server error and then nothing, no reservation, nothing. :confused3

It will let me make a reservation only for the day we are checking in! This is really making me so MAD!
 
Anybody? I know there are some DISers out there making ADRs this morning, lol!
 
Maybe. Somebody told me 6 a.m. for online, 7 a.m. for calling in. Maybe I was told wrong, lol. I am going to call at 7 a.m. and while waiting on hold over the phone, I will see if it will let me book them online. I am actually getting a bit farther into the process now online. It will actually let me get as far as picking the time and what not but when I go to confirm the reservation, I am getting a server error.
 

I thought online you can do it at 6am? I am having problems too. My ressie shows when signing in but when confirming to book 10 days it says t can't confirm.

Same here. It has me going in circles, confirming this, signing in here, etc. VERY frustrating!
 
I've had no problem this morning making my 180+10 reservations. I was able to make them at 6am EST.
 
Try changing to a different browser this usually correct the problem and allows you to book the 180 + 10.

example: if you normally use google use firefox
 
Thanks all! I called in at 7 a.m., got right through and was done by 7:10. Now, hopefully I can link the ADRs to my resort reservation online. Wish me luck!
 
Glad you got through by phone. I had the same problem with online reservations a couple of weeks ago at my 180+10 mark. I ended up calling, and had no trouble linking my reservation online later that morning.
 
I had a problem this morning and got the 'more than 180 message'. Turns out the calculator wasn't taking into account that this is a leap year so I was 1 day early. :headache: I just checked and the calculator is correct now.

I'll try again tomorrow. :surfweb:
 
I was freaking out this morning too!!! I ended up calling them at 7AM and making them over the phone! I hope you all got what you wanted!
 
I hope everybody got all their ADRs that were having problems. I really wanted to just pick up my computer and throw it at one point, lol! Oh well, everything is fine now. My ADRs showed up linked to my reservation when I logged back on this morning so I feel better now. Talk about spike in blood pressure though :)
 
I was having the same problem myself on Saturday. I was able to make ADR's the first three days of our vacation, but when I went for the fourth, I would get that message of reconfirming my vacation. I waited one day, and was able to make the ADR with no problem.

I had the same problem this morning. I tried different browsers, but I still got the message that my reservation couldn't be confirmed. I was able to make them over the phone at 7:00, but they still don't show up online -- linked to my reservation.
 
The time for on-line ADRs is absolutely 6am. I was able to do it yesterday at 6am. Not 5:57 or 5:59 but exactly at 6:00.

This morning I was very frustrated as well. The system kept telling me that my reservation could not be confirmed, yet I had clearly confirmed it and was able to look at it on a different page, together with a beautiful pic of m resort. I eventually ended up calling and getting everything I wanted, even though by that time it was well after 7 (I was at work when I had the problems, came home and tried from my home computer 90 minutes later, still to have the exact same problem). I guess there are glitches in the system every now and then; I have done on-line ADRs many times before without any problems.

Don't get discouraged! It will all work out in the end!
 
I actually tried to make another ADR tonight online and it still would not let me. The only day it would let me for was my check in day. I hope you have better luck.

How frustrating!

All of mine are done, thanks to WDW-DINE, but now I am having trouble retrieving them on-line. It seems that the TA who "owns" my resort reservation gave her phone number on the package, so I have to type in each ADR confirmation # with her phone # to bring onto my screen. I found this out after holding on the phone for 15 minutes tonight. He told me the last 4 digits of the phone # associated with my reservation and I was like "what the heck is that?!" Then we figured it out.

I'm only worried because I imagine I will end up adjusting at least some of these at some point. I hope that goes more smoothly!
 
I couldn't make my ressies online this morning. I called & spoke with tech services & they are having issues with the site. You need to call them in.
 
I, too, had issues trying to make my dining reservation. I kept getting the message that my reservation couldn't be confirmed so I had to call. I tried both Safari and Firefox. I was able to get everything I wanted though so no big deal.
