Problem Getting Started

When I download Shockwave, it seems to download OK, it installs ("installation complete"), then it downloads again, installs, on and on. Any ideas? Also, if I cancel a download and try to play the game, I get "Requires an Xtra (Font) that does not exist or failed to initialize." Thanks for any help.

I have dial up. AOL/Windows XP

it might be an AOL thing I thought I read somewhere about an AOL conflict....
