Problem buying tix online

Hi all-
I am trying to buy some 4 day PH passes on the Disney site online- but they are not accepting my debit/credit card. There is plenty of $$ in my account, so I don't understand! Has anyone run into this problem and should I just call the Disney phone line and try to do it this way? I really need to take advantage of the Advance Order discount.

Disney not taking money??? Well, now that's a first!!! I would call and do it over the phone...I think their online site has been having some issues. Good luck!
