Problem booking with Dreams Unlimited

For two days now this is all I get when I try to get a quote from them. I have a "complementary hold" (reservation with no CC) with disney but it expires in 2 days. I was hoping to transfer it to DU..... any ideas?

There's another thread...apparently the vast majority of the DU agents are at a training or annual meeting or something with minimal back-up coverage.

Can you pay the deposit and then transfer it? But I think that may mean a lower OBC, so if you can wait until next week you should be able to reach an agent. Depending on when the cruise is, the fare isn't likely to increase in a week.
