Probably an isolated problem but. . .

We had booked our cruise with a travel agent quite awhile ago. (Not any that sponsor this site).

Last week, after talking to the exhursions desk and finding out that several of the exhursions we want to take book up very quickly, I went ahead and paid for our cruise in full with our travel agent so that we would be able to book our exhursions first thing tomorrow morning. (Actually I paid in full right before I found this web site. Probably could have saved a bundle if I had tried some of the other travel agencies . . . Oh well. Live and Learn)

Anyway, when I called DCL today to confirm that they had received our payment, I found out that they had not. It is all being taken care of, but it never hurts to check with you travel agent to make sure that things are being done in a "timely" manner.

Thought I'd pass it on.

The three she mentioned were the Stingray City, Parasailing and Banana Boats.

Even if you pay well in advance, you STILL can not book your excursions until 60 days prior to sailing!

You are absolutely right. I just wanted to be "Paid in Full" by day 61, so that I could book right away on day 60.

Oh, add Dolphin Swim, to the list of the most popular (there were a couple of others but I don't remember them all).

The Wild Side Excursion for teens books up within a day!
