Probably a silly CRT ??

So today was my 180 day mark and I went online to make all my ADR's this morning. I vaguely remembered hearing something about CRT and paying in full before you go, but I guess I didn't really pay that much attention because CRT had never been on our radar before. Well we decided we wanted to do it this time and I was able to snag it no problem this morning. When I did it thru MDE it had the standard info about your credit card is being used to guarantee the reservation and will only be charged if you don't show. But then I notice in my email confirmation that it indicates payment in full was due at booking. How does this work when you are using the DDP?

Dining plan holds it. If u don't show u are charged full price

That's what I figured but I wanted to double check. Disney doesn't always hold the same logic as I do.

I'll add a question to yours. I made our reservation and paid in full as we do not have the Dining Plan but we WILL have TIW. How does that work since the meal has already been charged to my credit card?

You will be refunded the difference of the TIW amount! This is how my family used to do CRT.
