Actually, the reason there is a classification called Angus is because the common belief that it is a superior cut of beef. For beef to qualify to be called "Certified Angus Beef" it must meet a series of quality characteristics that are not necessarily in other forms of beef.
So basically, "Angus" means this beef has been quality tested.
So, "in essence" it is a better cut of beef.... although just because another brand of beef is not tested the same way doesn't mean it isn't every bit as good as Angus. Just a little FYI
Bottom line is weezy.... if your son enjoys a good burger, he shouldn't be disappointed.
