Prix Frixe menu and Dining Plan - how does that work?

I just noticed that Chefs de France and Le Cellier have prix frixe/"special menus." In this pic, it looks like the DDP is accepted for the prix frixe menu:

But on Le Cellier's menu, I don't see the little DDP symbol:

Can anyone confirm when and where a DDP credit can be used to purchase a prix frixe menu? Leaving in a week and this might change my ADR's!

Wow, good question. I thought the 4-square symbol was for snacks, but that doesn't make any sense here. I wonder what the difference in time frame is for the two menu pictures?

This was 2 years ago, but when I ate at Chefs I ordered off the regular menu, rather than the prix-frixe and used a TS credit.

You can order the pre fixe menu from both Le Chefs and Le Cellier using a DDP credit. It is a great way to get an appetizer. My family has ordered both in the past.

Thanks for the info - I'm so glad to hear that it's included! Do you know anywhere else that has a prix frixe menu?

For someone like me who just likes to try a bite of this and a bite of that, it seems like a good way to get value out of the DDP. I'm more about variety, not quantity (or even quality to some extent), so adding appetizers seems like a great way to try new things without having to pay extra $$$

I think the Captain's Grill at the Yacht Club has one.

There are also prix fixe menus at Kona and San Angel Inn.

You cannot request any substitutions on the prix fixe menus, but it is a good way to get an appetizer.
