If you book a VIP tour do you also have to buy a park ticket or is this included in the tour price?

According to the page on VIP tours at WDW, the ticket price is not included in the price of the tour.

It’s not included. I did one in late 2020 (when it was the only way to parkhop), but I believe you have to have the parkhopper option now if you want to go to more than one park. You also need a park pass reservation for your first park.
