Private transport from Disney resort to PC?

I want to be at PC around 10:30am (yes I'm one of those people who like to board early!), and we're staying at Old Key West the night before. Since the DCL bus won't get me there early enough, I'm considering either private transport to the port, or taking ME back to MCO, then Cortrans to port (cheaper than DCL bus for 2). I don't want to rent a car. What is the approximate cost of Uber, Lyft, or another private option from the resort to PC? If it's not too much more, I'd rather do that than spend an extra hour on ME and get up earlier. I've never done it this way before, so appreciate suggestions and pricing experiences. Thanks!

I don't know about Uber or Lyft, but we have used Tiffany Towncar to go from WDW to PC. They are a great company with great drivers. That trip was $146 (minivan), and that was in 2017.
