Looking for private tour recommendations for St. Thomas, St. Kitts and San Juan, PR. Also any recommendations on what to do with 2 teenagers age 16 and 17.

Hi in St Thomas we used St. Thomas Adventures. You can look them up on instagram @stthomasadventures
A friend of mine recommended them and said they were awesome.

In St Kitts we enjoyed Grey's Island Excursions.

Curious to those that have done these tours - what did you tip for Grey’s booked through them and we have another private tour for St. Thomas, a jeep adventure. I’m so used to service industry I don’t know what’s appropriate for tour guides.

I think the simple number is 20% of total cost. But it's really up to you.

OP & Anyone...

It was multiple cruises, but here's what we had scheduled...

St. Thomas (2016)
Fury Charters. https://usvisailing.com/ Loved them! Communication was great, ship was great, Captain was great! We did the "Swim with Turtles 1/2 Day Sail

San Juan (2022)
Sail Old San Juan https://sailoldsanjuan.com/ Didn't take the tour. They cancelled on us after we had already embarked on the cruise and our phones were turned off. We didn't find out until we had already gotten to their ship, no one was there and we waited a while before turning on our phones.

St. Kitts (2022)
St. Kitts Catamaran Sail & Nevis Beach Getaway via Royal. Not my favorite, but acceptable.

What I've done in the past is go on Trip Advisor, put in the location we're going to and look at reviews. I prefer private tours over the cruise provided ones.
