I would hope that after you contacted the company they sent a replacement vehicle and gave you some monetary credit for your time.Feb 2026 experience with Happy Limo - The pickup for eight passengers at MCO did not meet the standard we have come to expect from Happy Limo over the past seven years. The driver instructed us to meet outside on Level 1 rather than providing the customary meet-and-greet at baggage claim. When the driver arrived, the requested van had been replaced with a party van, described as an “upgrade.” This vehicle, however, could not safely accommodate two infant car seats, as the side-facing seats lacked proper anchors. The suggestion to use booster seats was not acceptable, as infants cannot legally or safely ride in them. Despite scheduling in advance for a van equipped with two car seats, this requirement was not met, raising concerns about planning and driver training regarding motor vehicle safety regulations.
The return trip to MCO was consistent with prior positive experiences: the correct vehicle was provided, the car seats were properly installed, and the driver was professional. Overall, the experience was inconsistent. I guess 50% satisfaction is acceptable.

No compensation for time, and no replacement vehicle offered. No response or reply from management on the incident received to date. We will be monitoring this site for customer experiences with other limo service providers for our future trips.I would hope that after you contacted the company they sent a replacement vehicle and gave you some monetary credit for your time.

Did you check Tiffany?Any one use The Magical Express or Orlando Magical Rides?
Trying to find a full-service, upgraded sprinter van for about 10 people.
But most websites don’t show the interior and the prices vary a lot.
AwayWeGo is cheapest but the vans look very basic and they meet you at Level 1 MCO instead of baggage claim (that’s what their FAQ says). So not quite the service level I’m looking for.
I did. There are definitely no photos of the interior of the van on the website so no idea the trim or configuration.Did you check Tiffany?
We did. We had seven adults in June. I don't remember the interior of the van and didn't take any pictures, so can't help you there or with the car seats.I did. There are definitely no photos of the interior of the van on the website so no idea the trim or configuration.
They’re are unclear if there’s a fee for car seats cause they list car seats under “extra charges”.
Have you used their Vans before?
Sprinters are too tall to go into the Express Pickup tunnel (main A/B terminal building), so even if the driver meets you at Baggage Claim, you’ll still have to walk to the vehicle outside.Any one use The Magical Express or Orlando Magical Rides?
