Private Car Transfer - tip question?

Ok This may be a dumb question but we have booked a private car transfer from WDW to St Pete's through our UK tour operator. This has obviously all been prepaid but can anyone give me a rough idea of what tip would be expected by the USA driver please?

I would just ask the driver if the gratuties have been included. If not, then I would tip him 15%-18% of the total.

Thanks for the response, the problem is that as it is part of our package I'm not really sure what the total cost of the transfer is...............

Most town car services from MCO airport to WDW are around $100. I've paid anywhere from $85 (ok that was 6 years ago) to $115 round trip - I tip $10US each way, since I don't know for sure if it will be the same driver both ways. I'm sure they get much more, and sometimes much less. It's just easy to hand them a $10 bill. I might tip more if they provide exceptional service, but so far none have been outstanding.

The fare from St. Pete airport would be at least $150 each way, if not more. (I was quoted $140 from TPA, which is 20 minutes closer--it's about a 90 minute drive as opposed to the 30 minutes from the Orlando airport.) I would plan on tipping $30 each way. If the gratuity is already included I'd still probably give the driver $10 each way, as the included tip is often under the industry standard, and that's a long drive back with no passengers.
