So, I called yesterday and today for PS's. My first time. Went well. I don't understand something tho. Why do they ask if you've visited more than 4 times since '98?? What does that have to do with anything? All the other questions, I could understand...but, that one..

demographics... they track who's new, who's returning, who was there as a kid and coming back as an adult, etc... it really has no bearing on how quickly you are queued...
