Prior cruise not being counted...is this the "update" at work?

So prior to my cruise in March my castaway showed 9 prior cruises. And now it shows...9 prior cruises...except i can no longer see the detailed list of prior cruises to confirm which one they've lost. I've seemingly stalled at Gold.

I'm cruising in August and would have liked to take advantage of the Platinum perks that should have been on file after the March cruise. (We are sailing concierge, so I didn't rely on status for the booking window this time).

Has anyone else had this issue? Is this a glitch with the March updates? Any luck getting addressed with member services?

Just checked my Castaway Club account. I can see the number of cruises I have taken but I cannot access the list anymore.
