Very silly question...if I have someone check us in on-line from home for our return flight, how do we get our passes? Do they click check in and print passes and than just not print them? and I can do it at the airport? Thanks.

You can re-print them at the airport. If you're checking luggageyou'll just reprint them at the same time you check your luggage (skycap, counter employee, kiosh at the counter that allows you to check luggage). If you're not checking luggage look around for a kiosh that doesn't let you check luggage, it's worth the walk since there won't be any line.

Just to walk you through the procedure, since I see a lot of confused folks...

1) You'll sign in - with name and reservation number
2) When your reservation comes up, there will be a "button" that says "reprint boarding passes"
3) Push that button, then finish signing in.

We stopped at the front desk of our resort and they checked us in and printed the boarding passes for us. The cm even noticed that we were the first to check in for our flight.

How can you tell if you are the first? Just curious.

If you print them at the Airport and are checking luggage, does the sky cab print the passes?

Thanks,

Debbie

The boarding passes are numbered. If you get #1 - you are the first to have checked in!

Last year sheraton vistana resorts printed them for us and we were Numbers 2-7.

Doesn't this apply to participating airlines only, and SW isn't one of them? Just checking, because I was considering checking in from my wireless phone and printing our passes at the airport.

Nope - this is a service provided by the lobby concierge and has nothing to do with ME. Keep in mind this isn't something they promise to do, so I guess they could stop at some point so it's worth having a backup plan. But for now, people here aren't having any problems.

We've done all that's been mentioned above with SWA

We've had them printed at our resort at the front desk (this was when you had to wait until after midnight to check in) If you do this, I strongly suggest you not go to the desk at a time that it's busy.

I've gone to the business center at BWV and used their computer to sign in and print them

I've checked in on line with my computer even though I couldn't print because I didn't have a printer. Then, we've gone the the airport and
a) Had the skycap print them
b) had the ticket counter print them
c) used the self serve kiosks

All very easy. Just whatever you're most comfortable with.
