Printing SW Boarding Passes

When can you first print southwest boarding passes? We will print going from work and then returning at sheraton vistana. I might have to stand in line at vistana to get an A boarding pass.

You can check in with Southwest online at 24 hours before scheduled flight departure. If you have a web ennabled mobile phone, you can also check in that way, then select the re-print boarding pass option at the airport when you check in your luggage.

You don't have to print your boarding pass when you check in, since you can reprint it at the aiport, so if you have a laptop or some other way to get internet access, you don't have to go through someone else at the Vistana.

For what it's worth, you can also have any Disney concierge desk at the resorts check you in as well, if the timing works. You might also be able to check in from guest services at the parks, but I'm not sure about that.

I'm kind of neurotic about checking in early because I don't love to fly. I'm taking my very senior parents on the Wonder for a quick cruise in December and am wondering if it's possible to print your boarding passes on the ship. I know I can always get them pre-boarding if necessary, but I'd kind of like to be near them as well.

You can check in on the Wonder using the computers (you'll have to pay for the time) so everyone can get the As. I think you can also print your boarding passes, but I had problems with the printer on the Magic last year. Things have probably gotten better since then. Even if you can't print the boarding passes, you can still check in, get the A, and the re-print your pass at the airport.

If you have someone reliable that is not going on the ship (or your trip), you can have them check you in also. We were in the middle of Castaway Cay and I didn't want to leave the beach. I asked my sister to check us in, which she did at work. When I got to the airport, they printed the boarding passes for us - no problem!
