Printing help....

I saved images into my c:drive & when I print it (just using Windows Picture & Fax Viewer) it cuts off some of the beginning part of the image. Any ideas?? I changed the print size from "full size 8*10" to 5*7 & it still cut it off...any help would be appreciated!

It will be to do with the size the original image was created as. eg: if it was created as 5 x 7 and then you try to print it as 4 x 6 it doesn't some out quite right. If you have any photoshop type of programme, I got around it by opening each image in there, resizing it to the size I wanted to print it and saving it again. Then they printed fine. Hope this helps.

Dang...I don't have photoshop of any sort. How do I know what size the orginal was done in?

You can try Paint (accessories menu), Word or maybe even Power Point. I've never tried it with any of those programs but I can't see where at least Word wouldn't allow you to resize the pic. MS Publisher would work well if you have access to that.

I tried Word last night & it still cut off some of the image...that's even when I made it smaller. I'll try Paint tonight. Thanks!!
