printing customized maps

hey everyone-
we are leaving next week, but we just ordered our maps a few days ago so we will most likely not get them before we leave. there was an option to print them out right after we ordered them, but for some reason it wouldnt work for us. now we want to have them, but we cant figure out how to print them. can anyone help us
