Printing autograph pages?

I'm sorry if this has been asked before, but has anyone had luck printing autograph pages from somewhere like Shutterfly or some place online? If so, where?

I have had mixed results with this. I have gotten free book offers from several different printers, and while they will sometimes print it, they will sometimes not. I've had more issues with Walmart than anyone else, to be honest. The only thing that I've concluded is that if it is printed on a free offer, where you're not actually paying for the product, they are more likely to do the job. Where if you are paying for the product, it violates copyright laws, by them making a profit, so they won't do it. Just my theory.

If you go to your local independent copy shop (not fedex office/kinkos or staples), they will probably print them out for you and can bind them in book form without any problem, that's what I did
