Printer Recommendations?

Hi there--I am just getting started making t-shirts and such and know I need to buy a color printer. Is an inkjet or a laser printer better? Anyone have any recommendations for one they like? Because of space limitations I would like a multi-function (fax, scan, copier) as well as a printer.

We have an HP all in one and we like it. My shirt transfers came out really nice. The ink lasts pretty good too.
