Optional: Beach Towels
I personally dont recommend them because they add weight to your luggage (50 lb. maximum per bag for check through bags), and what can you do after you use them for the day at the Water Parks? Youd have to carry damp towels with you if you decided to leave from there and go to dinner at a different resort or Theme Park.
Instead, take towels from your Disney Resort to the Water Parks and leave them there in the Wet Towel/s Bin. When you get back to your Disney resort, call Housekeeping to bring more towels to your room (or do it before you leave for the day).
