I ordered print at home tickets for my family for upcoming May trip. Can we exchange for smaller paper tickets at guest services? Two of the tickets were bought on UT and one was bought thru Universal with the May promo. TIA to all who respond :) 49 more days:jumping1:

From what I've been seeing, a lot of people have had recent success doing this.

Use the print at home tickets to enter the park. once inside, you can go to the guest services desk and ask to switch to the smaller card tickets that can fit nicely in those lanyard pouches. That's what we did last week. The first time we ever went to universal, we had the print at home tickets and folded them up and put them in our pockets. We went on The Jaws ride at the time, and got soaked. All the ink from the ink jet printer we used smeared on the tickets!!! We went to guest services and they were able to find my order for the tickets on the computer system miraculously and exchanged them for the smaller card tickets!

Not only that can be an issue, but I've noticed it seems as if when people with printed from home tickets try to get into parks it seems as if they always have issues, or take a lot longer than people who have small paper tickets, or passes. I do not know why, but it's just something I personally have noticed that happens a lot. So, if anyone has park-to-park access, or plan to leave and come back, it might be another good reason to have the smaller card tickets.

Easiest imo is to just do the Will Call tickets. Or I guess the print at home would really be the same.

No need to print anything if you have the email for the purchased tickets. Before you enter the park there's a guest relations and ticket printing machines. Go over to the ticket machines, scan the QR code in your email with the machine (or type in confirmation number), and the machine will print out your Universal ticket. Then just go enter the park

Would you be able to get these tickets printed out at the PBH? I ordered online with my son getting a seasonal AP and his girlfriend will have a 2 day-2 days free ticket, if that makes any difference.
