Princess Weekend 2022

So I entered my Bib numbers for Photo Pass. What pictures am I getting with that? Is it just if they happen to take one or is it used for the characters, etc.? Do I still need my Magic Band?

Just tried it and it did not work :( Does the challenger people use a different code?
Like @DopeyBadger said, the challenge participants use the same codes. I think the first time I tried to put in the half code, it didn’t work, but then I tried it again to make sure I didn’t type something wrong and it took it. And then it took the 5k/10k codes for me as well. You might try again, or wait.

Any photo a photo pass photographer takes while at the race. Characters, on course, waiting in starting group, finish line, etc. They link based on the visibility of your bib number. You do not need your magic band for photos.

Any photos that are taken by a PhotoPass photographer will show up. All the ones taken on the course (look for a short green tent they will be sitting under), castle photos if you stop and wait for the PhotoPass photographers for those, and and the majority of character stops also have PhotoPass photographers.
And they use your bib number with the code you entered to link to your account, not your Magic Band.

The expos are getting crazy. I get that we may have unintended consequences if purchasing of race merchandise was limited to only those with bibs (aka eBay resellers buying up all the 5k/kids race bibs), but maybe require that people can only purchase 2 of each SKU and must have purchases go through your MDE account?

Who ever thought I'd be arguing for Big Brother just so I can buy some cheap made in China magnets... :rotfl2:

So here I am, drinking my coffee and getting ready to take 4 kids to the dentist and I'M SO JEALOUS OF YOU ALL! Wishing I could have figured out a way to make getting down there happen, but maybe I'll content myself to just run my 5k tomorrow.

Don't forget that mobile check-out (in the MDE app) is totally a thing for the expo now.

8:06am and I’d say about 450-650 or so.
During MW it took us about 50min to get through the building once people started moving. At 1pm on Wenesday.

Me too!! Sitting on the post-yoga bus now, slowly starving, but looking forward to heading to the expo after breakfast.

For anyone curious, the yoga mats are blue, thin, and completely without branding or decoration. But the carry bag is decent and has the runDisney logo.

The yoga was good, but actually only lasted about 45 minutes, so it ended well before sunrise, and there was A LOT of standing in line waiting to get in.
Sounds like it isn’t worth the cost or effort to get up early and wait around - at least for me. Especially if you just get a cheap generic yoga mat. And the experience was advertised/described as 60 min of yoga. So there’s another problem, if it was only 45.
