I can’t believe the yoga mats didn’t have any sort of design on them! Or that you didn’t see the sunrise. I would have been disappointed. I think I’ll do a Disney Peloton ride and yoga flow today though so I’m there in spirit

I was in the first group let in, about 9:45. Lines for mobile checkout scan and AP were crazy long when I left about 10:20.

Only thing I didn’t see was a XS in the 5k “optimistic” red Cinderella shirt. Otherwise everything was stocked when I left.

So a recap for me:
Arrive at Expo - 8:06am
In runDisney merch line - 8:12ish (#635)
Line started to move - 9:50am
My wave was let inside - 10:30ish
Checked out - 11:10am
Pick up bib - 11:25
Pick up shirts - 11:40
Bus back to Wilderness - 11:50

The merch line was Very long when I got out at 11:10 and still really long when I left at 11:50. Based on my 40ish min inside the waiting room, I would guess the line at 11:10 was something like 2-3 hrs long (just a guess).

Some of it is luck based on others picking up at the same time. My 5k line was like 20 deep and took like 10 min, but my challenge line was empty. The 5k bib numbers 500 more or less than me were both instant as well. Just so happened my line was longer.
