He and Jasmine were hanging out at the Oasis when we were there in September. It's a great place for the photo op, hopefully they'll keep them there since the theater isn't being used for anything else right now.

I am envious you saw the Genie there! That's awesome.

It seems this is a regular meet and greet location now although it is announced nowhere. We saw Aladdin there in fall 2008 already and pretty much every day last November.

I am wondering if the picture I already saw of Tiana at PFF was done on a rainy day. That would make sense to me; I don't think the regular meet and greet area would work well if it was raining.

That could very well be the reason, you are totall right there. The Court of Angels wouldn't work well on a rainy day.
