Princess & the Frog Soundtrack

I've been looking all weekend for this soundtrack. I absolutely loved the movie and heard the soundtrack was so worth getting. Is anyone having trouble finding it? I went to three stores yesterday.

Mad how the soundtrack is out in the UK before it's even been on the cinema. Luckily I acquired the film some time back, patience isn't my strong point

I found the CD at wal-mart. The only thing I'm dissatisfied with is that the music isn't in order...meaning, all the songs with lyrics come first then the scores. I wish it was playing in the same order as the movie - song, score, song, etc.

I got mine off of Itunes. I agree, I wish it was n the order that it was in the movie.

You could always create your own playlist and put the songs in the order you wish.

I purchased mine at our local Costco before the film was released. They still have some. I think it's pretty normal for Disney to have the vocals first then the orchestral pieces. In the olden days of vinyl, they would have the lyric pieces on side 1 and then you would have to flip record over to side 2 to listen to the orchestral pieces. Sooner or later, I'd scratch the lyric side so it would sound like the singers had hiccups. Ah, the good old days ...

I downloaded it from itunes and it's EXCELLENT! You should definately get it! It's all we listended to on our long Christmas car trip. All family liked it, even my hubby and 16 year old son!
