Princess tea party

My 2 daughters and I are planning to go to the Tea party @ GF.

Please tell me your experiences and/or tips that I should know.

I took my 2 DDs and they loved it! I'm not sure what info you are looking for but I recommend they dress up, every girl that was there was dressed up, 1 of my dds was Snow White and the other was Aurora, there was 1 little girl who was Belle and 2 Cinderellas and the rest were Aurora. My DD that was Snow White "helped" Aurora tell a story, because Snow White is her best friend, all the other girls were a little envious that she gave so much attention to DD. The were maybe 15 girls total, they keep it pretty small. There isn't a lot of food, it is a tea, not a lunch, the girls get pb & j, some grapes and a slice of cake, the adults get a few different tea sandwiches, egg salad, chicken salad, I can't remember exactly, some cheese and wafers. Take you camera and autograph books, the girls sing and dance with Aurora and Aurora and Barron Branch come around and spend about 2 minutes or so with each girl, it's really cute. The girls get a charm bracelet and a doll, dressed as Aurora, when you go up to the gift shop they have additional charms for about $5 a piece and additional outfits for like $25, I got a lot of Christmas shopping out of the way. Plan on being there for a couple of hours. The only other "tip " I have is that we sat to the right of the piano and Barron Branch kept asking my DDs what songs they wanted to hear, he pretty much plays any song from a Princess movie, they were excited about being so involved. HTH!!! Have fun!

So who gives the dolls to the girls? Sleeping Beauty? Or do we go get them out of the gift shop?

The food. Is it preplated?

Oh, where do I go? I remember seeing the piano and a sitting area next to it. Is it that the area?

The dolls are in the chairs at the tables, the bracelets are folded in the napkin in the cup, the only thing you have to go to the gift shop for is to get the scrapbook page kit and the certificate. The food is all pre-plated, you are served by some very lovely ladies, they are really nice and get into character like all the others, whoever they are!!! You know it's in the Grand Floridian hotel right??? When you go into the hotel, walk straight through to the back, it's like a waiting area that you walk through. You will be in a room on the first floor in the back, out front there will be a podium announcing the Tea and the entrance will be roped off until it is time to start.
