Princess Storybook Dining - Restaurant Akershus Dinner Questions

I decided to post this here instead of the Dining plan thread.

We're doing just about all buffet meals during our trip in June and are having trouble with an Epcot restaurant.

First let me say that we love FOOD. The more unusual, the better. We're not much on your standard restaurants. We like having choices available to us.

We've been to Le Cellier a couple of times and while we do enjoy it, DH is looking for something a little different.

I vote for Chefs de France but he's voting for Akershus. We went for dinner several years ago before they offered a cold bar. (They kind of offered a cold plate.)
Last year we went for the breakfast and loved the cold bar. Especially the Lox (Salmon).
Sorry to ramble - now for the questions.
Can you tell me if the smoked salmon is on the bar at dinner?
If you order your hot entree and finish it, can you get more or a different item or is it, your one item and the cold bar?
Are pictures included in the dinner price?
Final question - Does anyone have any photos from dinner that they could post?

Our 7 year old is a foodie too, so no need to worry if she'll find something she likes.

We really liked our dinner at Akershus.

I'm pretty sure there is smoked salmon on the cold bar, but not 100%.

For lunch/dinner you do the cold bar and order one item from the menu. Breakfast is family style.

Your photo package is included with your meal.

The picture (which has been embellished) in my signature is from the photo package.

We went in Jan 08 for dinnerand loved it. My DD was 2 1/2 and loved the princesses! The cold bar had smoked salmon as well as some other types of smoked and pickled fish. The kids had their own menu(chicken fingers for my kids-big surprise), but my husband had fish and I had kjottekake(I probably mispelled that) and the food was really good. Try it! We are going back there in June.
