Booking Princess Breakfast @ Norway in Epcot
We went in April this year and had no trouble booking. You can book at 90 days out. You should go to the PS Calculator at WDWINFO.com. It tells you when your 90 days will be and lists when you can book at different places.
When you call for a PS at one of the restaurants that are difficult to get in, you will be given a time that is available. If you don't like that particular time and ask for a different one, you may lose the time you were first offered. They go that quickly. Be flexible if you want to get in. Good luck
