Princess question - when is it done?

With all the photo stops , I'm expecting to cross the finish line around 3 hrs.
With post race stuff and all, what time can I expect to be "done".

We have 11:45 reservations at Sanaa in AK Lodge and staying in all-star music. Wondering if we will have enough time for me to finish, shower and go there in time.

Seriously, the start is at 7, assume you cross the start at 7:20 that gets you across the line at 10:20. I estimate 20 minutes to get out of the finish area and into the parking lot leaving an hour to get to the all stars and then to your apptmnt

If you've got a car I would say no problem--as Charles indicated, about an hour to do it. If you have to wait for bus to bring you back and then find alternative transportation to Boma--it might be close.

Actually first corral is to start a 5:45 and then about every 8 min...I think, last year it was 7 min, but I think I read that it was a little longer this year.

I think I can answer this...as Coach said, when you are done, you are done. So if you aren't going to hang out or wait for anyone, you can probably leave the area by 9:15-9:30.

However, there is some entertainment and a small merchandise tent and definitely lots of people celebrating. iIf you are asking "how long might I want to hang out?" It is really up to you. The first year I ran with 4 girlfriends and it was sunny and beautiful. We hung out for at least 45 minutes after I finished (they all finished before me). But this past year, we left right away and got back to the hotel.

From my experience with the recent marathon weekend I would say you won't make it...

My DH & I did the half and we finished at 3 hours. By the time we got thru to the busses and back to BLT it was already after 11. THen we showered and headed out. Things were still amuck & we didn't make it to Hollywood Brown Derby until 1 (although our ressies were for 12). They took us anyway. Probably due to the slower time of the year.

As someone else had already mentioned, it will really depend upon how you are getting back to your hotel post race. If you are at a host resort and will be using Disney transportation, I don't think you'll make it. On the other hand, if you are driving then it will be close, but doable.

I'll probably end up lunching in all my stinky princess glory. Lol.
We are staying in the all-star, but will also have a car. I think DH might bring it so he wont have to deal with kids and strollers in buses.
