Hi,

We made our ticket reservations last night, but we had five rooms linked, so I had to book each room separately. The grandchildren all got 12pm for the Princess Gathering, but the grandparents are at 12:15. Will they let the grandparents into the room with us? They won't be taking pictures, just want to see the kids having fun. Thanks.

The Princess pictures are in the atrium, an sometimes they check tickets; other times they just ask for the room number and check it against a list. Is should not be an issue if most of you are there at Noon and need to add a few grandparents to pictures. However, if they do not want to be in the pictures, they will be able to see all the grandkids fine since it is an open atrium -- the only exception in the Frozen gathering, which is in Animator's Palate.

If you are concerned and want the grandparents to be in line with you, after you board, you can go over to wherever they hand out ticket reservations for those who may not have reserved online (it was in the Buena Vista theatre on our recent cruise) and double check with them.

You can also show up on the later side of 12, closer to 12:15 rather than 12 and probably all go at once. Kind of like how you can stagger times for Fast Passes at the park.

The tickets are to take part in the actual meet and greet with the princesses. You do not need tickets to go to the atrium and watch the kids meet the princesses. I would cancel the tickets for the grandparents unless they actually want to participate and have pictures taken. Happy cruising!

I thought if cabins were linked you could make the reservations together. Has that changed?

I think if we would have only had four cabins, I could have made the reservations together. But, because we had five rooms linked, I had to do each room independently.

Ah gotcha. I knew for check-in and PAT each cabin has to be done independently regardless. I didn't realize there was a limit on linked reservations for making arrangements.

In July, we showed up about 15 min early for our princess gathering and as long as our name was close to the top of the list, they didn't bat an eye. I would think if you all go together, at noon or later, it won't be a problem. Have fun!
