It has been some time since our last cruise, and previously, we have never needed to reserve meeting times for princesses or the Frozen characters. Last time we were on the ship, we turned a corner and there was Anna! LOL Just curious, when our booking window opens, does anyone know what sort of time slots will be available for these meet and greets? Are they normally on certain days, like Sea Days? Just trying to get a feel for it before our window opens. Thank you

I believe it was daily on our 4 night out of Miami in January.
Started at 9am with 15 minute increments.
We booked late, like 45 days before and I was able to still get them for our sea day. They were spaced by a few hours though. Had the Princess gathering at 9:15 and Anna and Elsa at noon.

That's great, thanks! I had no perception how this works. Thanks so much!

For our NYE 7-day on the Wonder, they were offered on sea days and also Key West day, which was only a 1/2 day in port. There were tons of slots available, really. I guess if you're trying to book BBB followed by a meet-n-greet specifically on a formal night or something - maybe those were "hot tickets", but that wasn't the case for us. We did the Frozen one on our first sea day (day after embarkation) and princess one on day 6. It seems like the only disappointed people tend to be the ones who had no clue you could reserve these in advance and just happened upon the princess one - only to be turned away b/c they had no tix. That isn't likely to happen to anyone here on the disboards though, eh?? :)

On our cruise in June they are offered on three days... two of them are sea days and the other is a port day (Geiranger). The first day only morning, the second in the afternoon and the third had a bunch of times.

When I did on line check in and was booking activities for our 3/4-nt Dream B2B, the only times for Frozen and Princess M&G were before noon. I had thought there would be afternoon times. Does anyone know for this Nassau /CC itinerary if the only M&G times are before noon or will later times open up?

For our Dream B2B we had them only offered on Sea Days and Nassau Day, I believe there were only morning times offered because there are 4 princesses featured in the atrium and it takes up a lot of space in the atrium lobby and I did not see the M&G activity going on in the afternoon. Similarly the Frozen M&G is in AP and there's a big set up there with a photo shoot around the tables. My guess is that they cannot offer the M&G in the afternoons because they have to set up AP and the lobby atrium for the evening festivities. The tickets sold out in our FB group for new folks so would definitely try and get what you can and maybe trade with others if you don't get your first options in the morning?

Also princesses are featured throughout the cruise during regular character M&G if you decide to opt out of the princess gathering.

ETA: I could be wrong and they could be offered in the afternoon, just sharing based on what I observed in the atrium in the afternoon (i.e., not seeing a lot of princess activity but I wasn't in the atrium much during the Nassau day so I could have just missed it)

Thank you, @hanscarlet ! Makes sense. For all our previous cruises, they did not use the ticketed system, so this is all new to me. I also do not recall what time the princesses appeared in the atrium. All I know is that the lines were too long for us to even try to meet them, so for us, this way is good. I just remember reading there were afternoon times, but I'm guessing that is probably for longer itineraries. We've happened upon Cinderella and Snow White around the ship and got pix with them but never autographs. We also sailed right when Frozen premiered so we were able to do a regular character meet with Ana w/barely any lines (this was when people were doing the dash at WDW to try at queue up to meet them in a 2-hr line!).

Are you only allowed to attend 1 meet and greet? Our last cruise we could secure our first meet and greet and then go to guest services and request another one.

I believe you are able, on-line at least, to choose one Princess Gathering and one Frozen M&G per cruise. That's what we chose, one each for all 5 of us.

I got tickets for Princess Gathering and Frozen for our Magic cruise in Feb.

From your Reservations page, you can click on the "view or add activities" button under "search all days." Then choose On Board Fun and the character greetings. It will list all days and times available. Then you don't need to flip between each day individually.

For our B2B, we went on the 4 night first and the sea day was the day of the M&G - we dressed up the girls in princess dresses and went to Frozen at 9:30 am first and then princesses at 10:00am. The line for Frozen was quite long in my opinion but we got there late - like 9:40. On our 3 night it was on the Nassau day and they were able to schedule them a half an hour earlier (I scheduled both sets through concierge and asked for first thing so guessing my times are the earliest offered) so we had princesses first this time at 9am and 9:30am for Frozen. I didn't think the girls would want to go again but they did want to go and so instead of the whole dressing up in princess gowns we just went down with our normal outfits, the girls were so excited and they featured an extra princess I believe, Belle was on our 3 night M&G but not at the 4 night M&G. so I was glad we went to both.

On the WBPC, they had it on certain days. When I went to get my ticket, the guy told me if whichever day and time was ok with me.

We will be going on a 7-day cruise. The m&g were offered sea days and castaway day day (which sold out before I could book - silver level). I thought the times were a little annoying - the one day they were offered in the morning happened to be the same day I booked the Disney jr. Breakfast. Most of the options were around noon or 2-ish. So I'm sure it will be us dragging the kids from the pool area... but my 4 year old lives and breaths princesses, so it is what it is.....
