We have cruised on NCL (just okay) Royal Carribean, (always a good experience), Celebrity, (nearly perfect) and next January we are planning on taking a cruise out of FLL. We have two unused tickets that we had to use by that date and decided a cruise would be fun. I found a great deal on the Carribean Princess. Its a relatively new ship (2004) but I have never sailed Princess before. Any opinions? I am booked but that's always "reversible". They are having a promotion in which $200 holds the cabin until the final payment.

We have sailed Princess twice. The first one was on the inaugral(sp) voyage of Carribean Princess- April '04. The pic in my sig is from Star Princess on Christmas eve '05.

What would you like to know?

How did you like Princess? I am guessing you did because you sailed with them again. How was the CP, the food, entertainment, Princess Cay. Thanks,

Our first cruise ever was on Disney and we loved it. We got a good deal with Princess and decided to give them a try.

This past Christmas there were 11 in our party from Grandma in her 70's to DD. Some had more of a refined palate as far as food while I am a relative plain eater and a niece does not eat meat. There was something for everyone. The food was OK. No one in our party complained.

Entertainment as far as the shows were not as good as Disney but they were OK. There are plenty of different clubs to go to and get whatever type of entertainment you are looking for. CP does have movies under the stars (big screen by the main pool) which is nice. They also show videos on the screen during the day.

Princess Cay is very nice. You have to tender in but it isn't that bad. There are plenty of areas to get shade. I will try to post some pics from the CP tonight (they are on our home computer and I am at work  )
