Stacey

Yes, that information would be very helpful!! We are going Labor Day weekend and attending the Princess & Pirate Party. My daughter wants to dress up and last year we bought her a Sleeping Beauty dress in the Magic Kingdom for $75 and I swore I would not do that again!:lmao:

Ebya Ebay Ebay! :surfweb:
I have seen all the Princess costumes for sale there, as well as some really cute handmade little Disney-themed outfits and dresses.
So very much cheaper than in the parks!
Just be aware of the seller's feedback ratings, and watch what they are charging for shipping so you don't get soaked there!

Oh, and I have also seen a few reproduction (i.e. a little more on the cheap side, but good to play in) ones in the "dress-up" areas of the toy sections at WalMart and Target. I got my 2 year old a Snow White one a couple of years ago, and I have recently seen several TinkerBelle ones.

Ebay is definitely a good place to find a princess costume I got a couple around halloween for 10 dollars each and they were from the disney store you can also checkout disneyshopping.com in the outlet they still have some.

mydressuptrunk.com this website has been recommended by several people on the BBB thread in my link they say that their dd's don't find them to be as ichy as they costumes from disney. Walmart, target, and toysrus also have them for 19.99

hey, it dosen't matter about the cost it is all about the look on their faces, how happy they are, so easily pleased, I just wish life felt like this always, the wonderful magic of disney. Our kids remind us of the things some of us missed out in life and the opportunities which we didn't have and those that are on offer now days. Our kids bring out the big kids in us, which helps make our faimly visit to disney a most enjoyable and family occasion we will all rememeber for all off our lifes, the feeling of being loved and being one in the most wonderful place in the world, "where families are families" and where we all feel loved and where our hearts feel fulfilled for all the rights reasons, our childrens happiness means the world to every parent. Disney is the place of dreams and happiness no matter what age and no matter about our ethinic or abilities in life - live life to the full for love of fun and happiness.

I was able to buy my DD3.5 several princess dresses on Ebay for about $15-$20 NEW. With about $5 for shipping, they averaged only $20-$25 rather than the $65 you see them for at the stores.

A tip - buy them in a larger size. I think they run small and that way you can get lots of use out of them as your daughters get bigger.

My DD wears one over her regular clothese everytime we go to Disneyland and she get VERY special attention from the Cast Members etc.

We will be packing 4-5 princess dresses for our Disney World trip on Easter!

Thanks for the great feedback. I have actually looked at ebay tonight and found some great buys.

Tom - thanks for the tip about buying a couple of sizes up....we will try that this year to get more use! Enjoy your trip on Easter....I am jealous!:wizard:

I just bought one this week from disney shopping for 20 dollars it was a Cinderella--I saw the same one at DTD yesterday for 60. I also got the shoes for 4.99 and at DTD they wanted 22.

Hi:
I bought my daughter a Cinderella costume at COSTCO for only $14.99. It's really beautifull, includes the accessories.

I just bought my DDs dresses at Target. They are really nice and they had cinderella, snow white, aurora, belle and tinkerbell. THey were 14.99 and came with necklaces.
