We are heading to DL this week (Wed - Fri or Sat, if necessary). Does anyone know if they are doing the princess "coronation dance/story telling" during the week or will be have to wait til Saturday morning to catch it? I know during the off season it happens only on weekends, but I am hoping that it may be busy enough this week for us to catch it on Friday.

Thanks!

Currently they are only having these on weekends (Sat & Sun).

Disney Pirncess Storytelling:
11:15, 12:30, 1:30, 3:45

Royal Coronation Ceremony:
10:30, 11:45, 1:00, 3:00, 4:30

Suggestion: Always use the side paths of the Castle to enter and leave Fantasyland,
Between 10:30 - 3:00 you will often find a princess or three without a long line.
Much more relaxed and they can take a lot more time with you.

If you are lucky... You can run across a Princess and/or another character
preforming a unrehearsed story/skit.

Below is a video I shot at the Wishing Well at the right side of the Castle....

Thanks for the information! Looks like we will be spending Saturday morning doing the coronation and story telling!

We were just there, and there are a couple of times when the coronation and storytelling are almost back-to-back. I think it's 1 and 1:30 p.m. The princesses don't come out for pictures after the coronation, but there is only like 10 or 15 minutes between the shows. We were able to get both done in less than an hour, which was awesome for DD, and helped limited DH's time in princessville!

I've read many Disney touring books and never come across this attraction. Can you tell me a little more about it?
