Hey Dawn and Caitlin! I've been so behind, but I'm finally caught up now. Congrats on reaching double digits!

What's this about Caitlin becoming a movie star? Seriously though, congrats on being cast. Sounds like a really neat experience.

I'm not sure how I feel about the whole carousel name change. On one hand "Cinderella's Golden Carousel" was such a classic and perfect name, and "Prince Charming's Regal Carousel" doesn't exactly roll off the tounge. Still, part of me likes to see that at least something in the park will be named after one of the Princes since they always seem to get the short end of the stick.

Excited about Lotso being added to the Studios. I'll be going to see him on my next trip too since, as you said, they don't seem to keep the new characters at the Animation Building very long.

Caitlin had a great time on the movie set. (not sure if we already shared this so if we did sorry!) The highlight for her was when Pierce Brosnan walked over to the extras, stood next to her and thanked them all for their hardwork. She was over the moon She worked on that movie 2days, was fed and nicely paid. She is really eager for more movies to come along!

Nobody seems really excited about the name change. It would be nice if that meant that the Princes will be doing more appearances though!

I'll be anxious to hear what you think of Lotso since you'll be there before us! I don't think he'll be able to top Dug for me though

Which mall has a cupcake shop? Do tell!!! I saw a cupcake stand (kiosk) last time I was at Briarwood, but they weren't open yet. It looked cute though!

The bakery that has a stand in Briarwood has a full shop in Twelve Oaks and another in Livonia. They have a huge variety of cupcakes and everything we've tried has been yummy!

Glad to see you did the Linus project. Seems like a very popular one We are trying Starring Rolls on our upcoming December trip. I read a fantastic review of it on the Disney Food Blog that I will post soon!

Wasn't the GAD program a great idea?! We enjoyed making the blankets and redeemed them for fast passes in March. Redeeming them is really easy and doesn't take much time at all. We still have Dale's voucher left and I'm not sure if we'll use it for a ticket or FP in August.

I am so, so happy! There has been a nasty rumor on the Dis that TSM (one of our very favorite rides) was going to be closed during our trip but possibly reopen on our last day. Well today Disney posted the dates for the TSM refurb and it is slated to re-open the day before we arrive I was really worried how the closure/reopening would effect my park plans so this is such a relief! With MNSSHP not happening during our trip and IASW being closed, I really didn't want to lose another favorite! I am disappointed that "One Man's Dream" will be closed since I love the tribute to Walt but since I visited that in March I'm not too upset.

One Man's Dream is undergoing a several month refurb. I haven't heard what's being done to it but it will be re-opening

Caitlin just got off the phone with Disney and was able to book us an Illuminations Cruise

I am so excited We have never seen Illuminations from a good spot so this will be an incredible treat!! We booked it for our arrival day so after our dinner at Cape May we will board our very own Illuminations cruise Can't wait!

Thanks Mary Ellen! I was totally stressing over that TSM rumor! I was making 2 sets of plans for our last day just in case the rumor was true I was so happy to cancel the back up plans!

Thanks Mike! I agree that the cruise would probably be better when the kids are older. They do have the Pirate Wishes Cruise that would be fun for them though!
