Yeah I was pretty shocked! Caitlin wanted to switch our MK day to when they were having Spectro and I told her I'd only do it if I could get another Ohana (which I thought would be impossible!) but I got it

Thanks Denise! Right now the Touring Plans UG says our crowd levels are 3's and 4's so hopefully they're right!

I'm usually not one for change either but I am excited for the Fantasyland expansion. I am most excited for the Little Mermaid ride

As I was replying to a post on our March TR I happened to notice my ticker said 3 MONTHS! We were so busy today I didn't even notice the date and was suprised to read 3 months


Hope you are all having a great holiday weekend! Today we participated in a Memorial Day parade with the BBuy Geek Squad. A bunch of geek squad guys drove their Geek cars and Dale, Caitlin and I (and 3 others) walked alongside and threw candy to the kids and some tshirts to the adults.Strangely, the adults were more excited by the shirts than the kids were about the candy It was a lot of fun but pretty tiring due to the heat. Anyway, hope you all have a wonderful weekend!

I told you I ended up switching our days around so this will actually be our first full day since I've flipped our Epcot and DHS days. Confused yet? Anyway, her are our DHS plans:

We will start the day by one of us running down to the BW Bakery and bringing back treats for everyone. After breakfast we will take the boat to DHS and hopefully arrive for rope drop. In March it was too cold to watch the cute rope drop show so I'd like to catch it this time around.

At rope drop I will do the run to TSM and get FP while Dale and Caitlin ride ToT and RNRC. By the time they're done hopefully it will be our ride time and we can pick up a second set of TSM fp. (you know how we love this ride )

After TSM we'll head over to Star Tours so Dale and Caitlin can ride it one last time before the refurb.

We have a lunch adr at Mama Melrose. Our plan is to split a couple flat bread pizzas and an appetizer between the 3 of us.

After lunch hopefully we can do TSM again and get another set of fp. We will stop by the Animation Bldg and meet Lotso from Toy Story

I'd then like to catch either Indy or LMA. We haven't done either of these shows in a long time so I'd like to make time for that. This would be Caitlin's first time at Indy since she turned 18 so maybe she can get picked to be in the show. I've been in it a few times and it's always fun to participate!

After catching one of the shows we'll head back to the front of the park. I want to stop at Starring Rolls and get cupcakes to take back to the room.We will also stop for any Streetmosphere performers because we them!

Then we'll catch the boat back to BW and spend some time cooling off in the pool or the room.

I think we will grab dinner at ESPN or the pool cs and return to DHS after dinner. It's an EMH so the park will be open until 10. We will need to visit the Muppets, Ariel and of course TSM Should be a fun day as long as the weather cooperates

Thanks Denise! I assume this will be our only chance to ever meet him, they don't seem to keep the same characters in that spot very long, so it is a must do. It would be great if they added other TS3 characters too

Sounds like a fun day! Enjoy the cupcakes from Starring Rolls. You know how much I loved mine! Delish! And if you are on the dining plan - they count as a snack credit! Bonus! Definitely one of the best deals for a snack credit I have managed to find.

We will enjoy those cupcakes Your endorsement of them got them on our must do list! Last May we had some awesome cupcakes at the Comtempo Cafe in the Contemporary. We do have the DP so we will make sure we use a credit on them

We love cupcakes too! We have a cupcake shop at the mall that we just love! Those pics do look yummy! I've heard of the butterfinger oe but I'm not sure that appeals to me. I'm not a huge butterfinger fan.

Hey Dawn and Caitlin! I've been so behind, but I'm finally caught up now. Congrats on reaching double digits!

What's this about Caitlin becoming a movie star? Seriously though, congrats on being cast. Sounds like a really neat experience.

I'm not sure how I feel about the whole carousel name change. On one hand "Cinderella's Golden Carousel" was such a classic and perfect name, and "Prince Charming's Regal Carousel" doesn't exactly roll off the tounge. Still, part of me likes to see that at least something in the park will be named after one of the Princes since they always seem to get the short end of the stick.

Excited about Lotso being added to the Studios. I'll be going to see him on my next trip too since, as you said, they don't seem to keep the new characters at the Animation Building very long.

Which mall has a cupcake shop? Do tell!!! I saw a cupcake stand (kiosk) last time I was at Briarwood, but they weren't open yet. It looked cute though!
