I was excited to hear about the parade, too! I saw it in Disneyland, but never in Disney World. I wonder what the chances are that they will keep it on longer than just summer?

Any idea what the changes are for ToT?

They haven't released an end date so I'm not sure when they'll go back to Spectro. They are calling it "Summer Nighttastic" so it doesn't sound like it will last too long though.

The TOT changes were new lighting effects, a new drop sequence and some "other suprise".

So the Lilo & Stitch are for Kona or 'Ohana and Remy is for Chefs de France?
What did you theme 101 Dalmations for?
I guess Snow White could be for Biergarten, Jungle Book would work for Animal Kingdom, and Monsters Inc would suffice for anything at DHS...

Wow Mike you are spot on! Lilo and Stitch are the 'Ohana breakfast, Remy is CDF, Snow is Biergarten, Jungle Book is Tusker House breakfast and Monsters is DHS. As for the Dalmatians, well they are more a sentimental favorite. When Caitlin was 2 her favorite VHS movie(yea back in the day lol) was the "puppy Dalmatian movie". I have it designated for DHS though

Thanks! We normally have the dining plan so I usually just get the giftcards or disney dollars for our spending money. It was fun though to order the gc according to the restaurant though

101 Dalmations was Jasmine's favorite movie too when she was that age....we had a sectional at the time and she used to hide in the corner with all the cushions in front of her.

From what I've read the consensus seems to be Disney is changing things up for the summer in hopes of comepeting better with the opening of Harry Potter at IOA

I got all misty eyed when I read your comments about your daughter and all the "last times". Princess Caitlin is my oldest grandchild and I went and am going through all the same emotions as you and Dawn. It doesnt end at high school. Every time she does gets recognition for something I still get misty eyed. I have been blessed to have lived close to her all her life.

Awww, you sound just like my mom My parents live 7 minutes from us and Jasmine still goes after school twice a week to visit with them. Growing up my grandparents were all still in Scotland so I very rarely saw them and I feel like I missed out on a wonderful relationship.

Hooray, I think I'm all caught up! Hello caitlin's gram We are so excited to meet you guys in.. *gasp* just a lil more than two weeks! The time has flown by for us, I'm seriously trying not to stress, lol. Dawn & Caitlin..thank you so much for the second set of pixie dust you sent while Piper was admitted, she absolutely loved it, though I won't mention specifics until I get the update up on my PTR. At the rate I'm going I feel like I'm going to get the PTR updates all done, and then be onto posting pics from the trip!

That is so nice.

I wish I had a relationship like that with my grandparents. I never knew my maternal grandparents - they passed away when I was a baby & don't remember them at all. My paternal grandparents were olde world italians and just didn't really participate with their grandkids. My paternal grandmother is the only one I really remember; she was a nice lady just not very "grandmother-ish".

That's a very neat story about your grandmother. My maternal "Nanny" as we called her, was on both my trips as a child to Disney. She could be wild and crazy and I loved her to death.

We are taking it easy as well we are actually having our first ever Disney themed meal!

We will be watching Mulan and having stir fry for lunch and the for dessert we will be watching Mary Poppins and having tea cakes (cupcakes)
