princess brekfest

Sounds like a good way to get the jump on the people racing to TSMM! :thumbsup2

We have 8:40 am reservations.. I asked what to do, she said go to the gates at least 10min early and they will escort you in. She said we could stay there until 10am and then enjoy the park!

The interaction at the Fantasy Faire is fun if you're just looking to meet the princesses. I don't think it's much different from the character meal except that you get them all at the meal and you only get 3 for at the fantasy faire. Like bumbershoot said, you have very little control over who's there, although a CM told me that Cinderella, Snow White, and Aurora usually do the last meet and greet of the day at PFF since they're "Walt's Princesses".

I'm an adult and have had fun interactions with them. Snow White asked me my name and called me Prince. When I met Aurora, I bowed before her and she curtsied back(just like she does in the film when she sees her parents after Phillip wakes her up). She then called me Prince and asked me to take her hand and drop to one knee for the picture.

I've also had nice interaction when I met Aurora near the Hyperion in DCA last June. The character meal option offers the fun of having a meal with the princesses, but if you just want to see princesses and don't really care who you meet, the fantasy faire is a less expensive way for you to do it.

my little cousins name is aurora :woohoo:

I have been trying to stress this on these boards but everyone here seems fixated on the 60 days number. 2 months people!!! :thumbsup2

What time do they open the front gates to DCA? They don't do a MM in DCA do they?

Like I said, previous CMs told me 60 days. And usually it doesn't matter. In fact it barely matters at all especially when you go during less busy times.

disneyluvbug is that on a weekend or a weekday? The CM was really chatty with me and knew we were looking to get in as early as possible, and it was very close to the PS window for my date, but she indicated my PS was pretty much the earliest. It was on a weekDAY.

Sy, they generally open DCA at 9:30, but I think soarin' is the only ride that's open.

And from what I've seen of that TSMM line, if anyone is getting in early for b'fast thinking you can run over to TSMM after, I doubt that'll work. Looks like the line has been starting nearly at the sun plaza, so all those people coming in at 9:30 when the gates open will be there before you get out of your character b'fast at Ariel's.

ITs on a satuday.. the 26th..she said that they had an 8:20, but 8:40 worked better for us.. The lady was really nice, she also said that we could go straight to toy story from breakfast.. but I guesse we will fnd out when we are there!!! She was really nice..but not sure if she knew about the line stuff, we have an hour and 2ominutes to eat!!! I am sure we will not eat that long, but will find something to do!!!

I wonder if they open earlier on a weekend....hmm. But I can't really state firmly that they had nothing before 9, since I didn't specifically ask, but it seems odd that we got so relatively late, booking just about when we should have, for a breakfast that doesn't even show up on disneyland's site. :)

Maybe you should have called 2 months in advance instead of 60 days! ;)

Just messin with ya! :thumbsup2

We did our breakfast at 8:40, they had an 8:20 but that would have been too early. We got to the main gate and told them we had a PS, we got in, grabbed a locker and walked the allowed path to AG. This was last Dec. so no TSM but when we were there last week the line varied a lot for wait times. When we rode it it was a 40 min. wait but really it was more like 35, then we got off and hopped into the single rider line and got right on!! That was cool! We tried for single rider a few other times but it was closed, which we thought was weird because those times the wait in line was 60 min. at least.

well ty disneyluvbug i will defenitly love to see the pics. and im hoping even tho no opening till 10 in oct that i get an early seatting the day we are there

The last time I called to make PS for Minnies, they had told me 60days, I guess I can try again this year. That will save me 1 whole day!!:thumbsup2 :rotfl2:

Now I need to go adjust my itinerary....
