My dd is turning 2 in october and i wanted to do a princess themed birthday party. We just got back form Disney and she is now in love with the princesses. I was wondering if anyone had any creative ideas for food or decorating or anything for a princess party. Shes only 2 and will be having 3 friends at the party who are also 2, one is a boy who is 1. The rest will just be family. We could do some games, but she is only 2 and her attention span is not long. Any ideas will be helpful! Thanks!princess:

You can make princess Ice Creaa. Put a scoop of ice cream in a dish. Add some m&m or skittle eyes and then put a pointed ice cream cone on top for a hat. You can make them ahead in muffin cups and then they will be ready to serve with the cake.

Princess jewels (necklaces and braclets from a party store) are nice prizes for the girls and maybe a sword for their prince. Instead of party hats get them crowns to wear.

It isn't necessarily what you serve but how you serve it. When we had a princess and knight bridal shower with my sister in law we had nameplates for the food. Preztels were mini lances, potato chips were shields, dips were moat sludge, stuffed mushrooms were called stuffed toadstools. It weasn't what we served but what we called it.
