Princess Bella design needed

Hi -

I have a friend I work with who has a precious 2 year old little girl who has had painful skin problems since she was an infant. I want to try to cheer both her mom and little Bella up by making her a tshirt. I know that there are lots of folks out there who have really nice princess art...anyone want a go at creating a Princess Bella shirt design?
