Does anyone know where the best place to find Princess Aurora is? (besides Norway princess meal) She is my dd's favorite princess and I know she would love to see her on our trip.

Thanks!

Have seen her almost every time in Toontown Princess line.

france in epcot

if not the toontown hall of fame in mk

We saw her at both toontown in the princess line and in France. She was one of the easier onces to find.

However if you want to make sure you see her you can do the tea for 2 at the GF. Really expensive ($250 for 2)but according to the info at the end of the tea party you get to meet Aurora. Plus your child gets a tiara and an Aurora doll.

Thanks - I didn't know there was a princess line in Toontown - I know about Mickey and Minnie's houses.. I'm sure we will find her there :thumbsup2

I had one of the best moments of our trip when my DD, then 3.5, met Princess Aurora. There is a show in the MK and I totally forget the name. Something like Sleeping Beauty's party, but I am really not sure of the name. Anyway, the show happens a couple of times a day and it is held in the little court yard behind the castle. It is in the area right outside the store called, Tink's Treasures, and also right when you exit the castle where the BBB now is.

The show features some other face characters and they present Princess Aurora and Prince Philp. They do the show with the children participating ( your DD would love that part!!) and then they do a meet and greet. When you are facing the stage the meet and greet is held to the right of the stage, right at the end of the show. I had been given a tip to get near the front of the line and it worked like a charm. I was third in line so by the time by DH brought our DD over we had like a two minute wait for our turn. You line up against the wall and have your camera ready. I do recall that this meet and greet was no autographs, but the meet part was fantastic.

My DD was really shy, but she went up to Princess Aurora and Prince Philip. They both kneelt (sp??) down to her level and had a sweet little talk with her. THen they posed for several photos and Princess Aurora kissed DD on the cheek, leaving her lipstick imprint on her face. It was the most treasured moment of our trip.

Good luck and have a wonderful time. Oh, if I did not already say it, check the daily listing of show times and the show will be on it. It is not a big show, but it did last about fifteen minutes.

This sounds really great too! Does anyone know if they still do this??

The show involving Princess Aurora and Prince Phillip has been gone for about 6 months. The best place to find Aurora is either Toontown or France.

we have seen her over and over in toontown in the Judges Tent where they do meet and greets, just ask a cast member as soon as u get to the park(ask SPECIFICALLY about AURORA) and theyll give u exact times. Dont leave the meet and greet till last tho, if its a must do... do it asap so u have the moment on film, things tend to sometimes get away from us and then lil Aurora fans are dissappointed.;)

SHe is my DD's favourite too. This photo was taken in between France and Morocco and she was all on her own! She spent ages with my DD and I love this photo of Aurora admiring herself on DD's t shirt!

My sister took my daughter to the tea at the GF with Princess Aurora. There is only about 20 kids, and it is just Princess Aurora and Rose Petal. She reads them a story, and spends a lot of time with the kids. The received a princess aurora doll, tiara, flower, bracelet and best friend certificate. It was expensive, but my daughter loved it. If she really likes princess aurora, she would enjoy this.

Hi everyone,

Thanks for all your help. We will find Aurora either at MK or Epcot. I would like to do the Afternoon tea sometime but think I will save it until dd is just a little older (she will be close to 4 when we go in Nov).

Thanks again! :cheer2:

Man they took that show away with Sleeping Beuaty and Prince Phillip, my DD loved the show and getting her picture taken with the prince & princess. They were great in the line after the show. She jsut loved the picture with them. I was hopping it would be there in Jan 08 our next trip, but now my bubble has brusted, oh well, onto toontown

We ran into her in France. My son was not happy to take a picture with her after he had been attacked by Minnie Mouse as she covered him with kisses. He wanted to take the pic for his friend, Anna back home but he told SB, "You can not kiss me or hug me!" She responded, "Oh no, I wouldn't do that. I don't think Prince Phillip would be happy with that." She was too cute.

I'm taking my daughter to this tea in a couple of weeks for her 5th birthday. Although she is aware we are going to Disney, she doesn't know about the tea with sleeping beauty. I hope she loves it!

Just a heads up - the line for the Princesses in Toontown gets really long so you may want to get in line not long after they open.

My daughter and I waited in line for almost an hour to see the Princesses which included Sleeping Beauty.
Good thing I enjoy seeing the Princesses too. :thumbsup2:
