Long time, no post... Long time no visit.

That will be changing in the next few weeks.:D

Back when I first really became a DLer, the Blue Bayou served a nice piece of prime rib. Last time I went, they had gone to New York strip. I don't eat much red meat anymore, but when I do, I'm a prime rib kind o' guy. Is there anywhere on the resort that still offers prime rib?

Hey dbanzai, welcome back. :)

Storyteller's Cafe had it as part of their dinner buffet last time I ate there, but if you can swing Steakhouse 55, I recommend it for a really nice dining experience.

Thanks on both fronts, Mary Jo, and thank you too Hound. May have to try the Steakhouse. All the time I've been to DL, I've never eaten there, even with staying at the DLH.

I was going to say the steak house also. My husbands favorite part of BB was the prime rib, looks like i won't get to go there anymore:sad2:

Oh well, I make my own BB potatoes now and can always get a monte cristo across the way if I want one!

I remember their Prime Rib....it was soooo good! I was bummed when they took it off their menu.

I was also but I love SteakHouse 55. It has become a regular eating place for our group.
